We are familiar with the ups and downs of starting a business, and recognize that every practice is different and presents its own unique challenges. With our tailored solutions and unwavering commitment to your success, we can help you achieve sustainable growth and thrive for years to come.
Dr. Drew Schmale is a University of Michigan trained and ABPN Board-Certified Psychiatrist, and Medical Director at Advanced Medical Solutions. Dr. Schmale has focused his career on neuromodulation and treatment-resistant conditions, using Deep TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (intranasal ketamine) and intravenous ketamine. He has over 20 academic publications and major speaking engagements, and has been honored with two teaching awards by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan. Dr. Schmale has extensive experience owning and operating behavioral health clinics with a focus on interventional psychiatry. He excels in helping practice owners and providers introduce new treatments, develop proven clinical flow and operational processes, and grow successfully.
Rebecca Andrews is a medical billing expert with over 35 years of experience in both the medical billing and health insurance industry, and serves as the Director of Billing Operations at Advanced Medical Solutions. Rebecca works closely with practice owners and operators to ensure their practice maximizes their revenue collection and creates successful, repeatable billing processes. She oversees the AMS billing and collections department, as well as the insurance verification and precertification department.
Allie is the Clinical Operations Manager at AMS. She brings a wealth of experience within the outpatient setting, optimizing and enhancing clinic workflows, and developing systems and policies that ensure seamless clinical operations. A proven leader, Allie excels in implementing quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care and effectively coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve the clinic's strategic objectives. Her leadership is instrumental in growing successful, thriving clinics. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University.
Dane Reinhart is a business operations leader and Managing Director at Advanced Medical Solutions. Dane has extensive experience owning and operating behavioral health clinics with a focus on interventional psychiatry and behavioral therapy. He excels in building operational processes and implementing risk-managed growth strategies tailored for healthcare organizations. Dane helps practice owners and operators maximize revenue, expand strategically, manage cash flow effectively, and execute proven business playbooks. He holds an accounting degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
